    Established in 1996, Maldini restaurant is a family owned and operated business set in the heart of Salamanca Place.

    The Di Tommaso family migrated to Australia from the Abruzzo region, on the Adriatic coast in southern Italy – an area known for its grapes and olives, and with a strong culture of hearty home cooking. Food and wine are in their blood.
