The Lifestyle website works best on Internet Explorer 9.0 and above, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
However, if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or below, you may find that some features of the website do not perform at the optimum. This is mainly due to some features of the website not being supported by some of the older browsers.
Category and state based searches: These searches are based use java script which is not supported on IE8 or below and hence do not return back any searches.
Advanced websites: Some websites – such as The Iconic, do not display correctly on some of the older browsers
Pop-up features: Depending on the browser settings at your company, some pop-ups may not work
On your bank / credit card statement the purchases will appear under ‘Pegasus Group Australia Balaclava Aus’.
When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your sales order number. Please allow for 3-4 business for despatch of your orders.
To make a purchase online, select the category you would like to shop. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase select the item and simply add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, select My Cart at the top of the screen and then follow the directions.
We accept all payments via PayPal. You may choose to pay using your PayPal account, or express check out using your Visa or Mastercard. There is also an option to buy now and pay later with PayPal’s Pay in 4 option (4 interest-free payments).
When you shop through participating retailers, you can earn cashback points based on the amount you spend. Once a retailer confirms you've made an eligible purchase, we credit your Lifestyle account with a percentage of the transaction in the form of cashback points.
You can then use cashback points* to purchase gift cards, movie tickets, electrical and more through the Lifestyle store.

At the top off the webpage within the Lifestyle Offers section you will be able to view your Cashback Points that are available.
Electronic items, depending on their supplier-imposed restrictions and the order not being in breach of fair use policy, get dispatched to your nominated email address within 48 hours of receipt of funds. Sometimes, the email may go to your spam or junk folder.
Coles Supermarket and Harvey Norman Harvey electronic gift cards can take 6-7 business days to be delivered.
Physical movie tickets are dispatched within 4 days of receipt of funds. Please allow time for Australia or New Zealand Post to deliver items.

The expiry date on vouchers purchased through Lifestyle by Wyndham, is the date stated on the reverse side of the voucher (or is provided with the voucher) and is set by the Partner. In the event you have any issue with activation or expiry of a voucher, you should contact the relevant Partner who issued the voucher.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, sold or offered for sale without the relevant Partner’s written consent or as otherwise permitted under the Partner’s terms and conditions.
Postage charges apply to all orders of physical tickets and are displayed at the time of pruchase during the checkout process.
Not currenly, however Lifestyle reserves the right to offset bank credit card fees and to charge up to (2%) credit card fee for purchases paid by credit card.

Lifestyle by Wyndham is offered by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (‘Wyndham’) to provide benefits that are complimentary to Club Wyndham South Pacific ownership. It is not provided by the Club or part of your Club ownership but is a separate membership program. The benefits and offers available are subject to change from time to time – which means offers can be added, modified or removed at any time to ensure the program remains relevant to its members.
Unlike ‘loyalty programs’, points do not have to be earned through spending to access benefits or offers. Discounts are available at any time to members and benefits are available to members of one of the program’s five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and 100 Club – who pay either a monthly, quarterly or annual membership fees.

On April 14, 2021, the Privileges by Wyndham program merged with Lifestyle by Wyndham and the current five tiers of Privileges now exist under a different name:
Privileges members automatically joined the Lifestyle paid tier which corresponded to their original Privileges tier and pay a membership fee – monthly, quarterly or annually – to gain their additional benefits. The existing requirements of Club Wyndham South Pacific credits purchased from the Developer or Lifestyle-qualified through the Developer continue to apply.
All you need to do is ensure you have registered to use the Lifestyle website so you can access your membership and find out more about your benefits. Your Privileges tier will be automatically changed to the new Lifestyle tier.
The Privileges program was a tiered program of benefits from Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, the Developer of Club Wyndham South Pacific, which was extended to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners. The program has been merged with Lifestyle, with its five tiers now corresponding to the five benefits tiers of Lifestyle.
The key reason is simplicity. Running one Developer benefit program instead of two separate programs means that members will be able to keep track of their benefits and entitlements through the one portal and better discover and utilise the full potential of the program. Lifestyle’s superior website and existing app provide members with greater awareness about the benefits and opportunities to use them.
The refreshed program is utilising the Lifestyle by Wyndham platform (website and app), meaning that Privileges by Wyndham and it therefore made sense to keep that name. We also believe that Lifestyle better reflects the benefits on offer.

As part of our sales presentation, you will have been advised of the additional benefits available to you as a Lifestyle by Wyndham (formerly Privileges by Wyndham) member. You will have completed an application for membership in the Privileges program separate to your request to purchase vacation credits.
A general overview of Developer benefits and the Privileges program is contained in the Product Disclosure Statement provided to all guests who attend a presentation to purchase vacation credits in Club Wyndham South Pacific and reaffirmed when you complete a Member Understanding. Full details of the Lifestyle Program is set out in the Lifestyle Program Guide which was provided to you when you joined the program. The Program Guide states: “the benefits bestowed under the Privileges Program are provided at the complete discretion of the developer, which may revoke, modify or add benefits at any time at its discretion without prior notice.”
