    Opened in Spring 2019, Frederic Bistro is the Reymond’s latest culinary offering and is more contemporary compared to the Reymond siblings' other eateries Bistro Gitan and L'hotel Gitan. Located in the heart of Cremorne, Frederic comprises two dining offerings – Fred’s, a relaxed all-day eatery and wine bar, and Frederic Bistro, a European-style restaurant serving uncomplicated European fair.

    Both venues are stylish and intimate, each with their own distinct feel. Frederic is located at 9 - 11 Cremorne St, Cremorne.
