11.1. Upon activation of your Lifestyle membership, you agree that we may store, process and use the information collected during your registration process for the purposes of processing your activation, promoting the Lifestyle program and/or offering you products on or related to Lifestyle benefits.

You further agree that we may pass your information on to the Related Entities or the relevant supplier or operator to enable them to complete and facilitate any transaction or purchase of any goods or services through your Lifestyle membership. 13. General
13.1. You cannot and will not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms whether in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
13.2. If any part of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by a relevant governing or legal body the validity of the remaining parts of the Terms shall not be affected.
13.3. Neither our failure or delay nor your failure or delay to exercise any Term contained in this document will constitute a waiver of such Term. None of Travel and Leisure South Pacific or Related Entities employees, affiliates or agents has the authority to vary any of the Terms contained herein.

These Terms and access to the Lifestyle program are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland Australia irrespective of where the application for membership has been completed by the Lifestyle member or submitted. In any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms or the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Queensland.
13.5. The Lifestyle program is offered to those who are 18 years and over. By using our website to access the Lifestyle program, you are confirming that you are 18 years or over.
14. Force Majeure
Travel and Leisure South Pacific shall not be held liable for any delay in performing any obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances where delay is caused due to no fault of Travel and Leisure South Pacific, we will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
15. Lifestyle program
15.1. Lifestyle is a member benefit program offered by Travel and Leisure South Pacific, which may be terminated by us at our sole discretion and is not a financial product nor is it offered under any Australian financial services licence.
15.3. Participation in the Lifestyle program is separate and distinct from any membership in any vacation ownership program including (but not limited to) Club Wyndham South Pacific, Accor Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific and Club Wyndham Asia and can be modified or discontinued at any time.
16. Payment
16.1. We accept payment by credit card only via a payment gateway, Apple Pay & Google Play, excluding PayPal, for items purchased on the Lifestyle website.
16.2. All amounts for payment are in Australian currency and include GST where applicable.
