Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa) makes the six weeks free after your first month plus 2 & 6 month waiting periods waived on Extras and $200 Prezzee Swap Gift Card for couples/families/single parent families and $100 Prezzee Swap Gift Card for singles after 13 months (Offer) available to you on the following terms and conditions.

1.  Eligibility criteria 

You are an Eligible Customer and can access the Offer only if you meet all of the following requirements:

• You are a new Bupa customer for policies issued by Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590);
• You take out an eligible (in accordance with clause 2 below) new selected combined Hospital and Extras policy between 22 March and 30 June 2019;
• You provide the promotion code “Wyndham” on sign up;
• You make your premium payments by direct debit or payroll deduction (if available);
• You are an Australian resident;
• To receive the six weeks free, you maintain your eligible health insurance policy for 30 consecutive days from the join date and meet all your payment obligations;
• To receive the Prezzee Swap Gift Card ($100 for singles or $200 for couples/families/single parent families), you maintain your eligible health insurance policy for 13 consecutive months from the join date and meet all your payment obligations; and
• You provide a valid email address upon join.

 2.  Selected Health Insurance policy

If you are an Eligible Customer, you can access the Offer if you take out and maintain in accordance with clause 3 a selected combined health insurance policy.

A selected health insurance policy is any single, single parent, single parent plus, couple, family or family plus selected combined domestic Hospital and Extras policy issued by Bupa, but excludes:

• Hospital only products;

• Extras only products;

• Ambulance only products;

• Overseas Student Health Cover, Overseas Visitors Cover; and

• Short Stay Visitors Cover.

Bupa health insurance policy product names are subject to change, as a result of industry reforms which have effect from 1 April 2019.

3.  Bupa Six Weeks Free and 2 & 6-month Extras Waiver Offer

The 2 & 6 month waiting period waiver only applies to Extras. Yearly limits, other waiting periods, fund and policy rules apply.

The Offer

To receive the Offer from Bupa, you must:

• Be an eligible customer;
• Join on a selected combined health insurance policy between 22 March 2019 and 30 June 2019.
• Make your first payment through direct debit or payroll deduction (if available);

If you are an Eligible Customer and you maintain your selected combined Hospital and Extras policy in accordance with clauses below, you will receive:

- Six weeks free health cover off your annual Bupa health insurance premium after maintaining continuous cover for 30 consecutive days;

-2 & 6 month waiting periods waived on Extras; and

– a $200/ $100 Prezzee Swap Gift Card if you are an Eligible Customer and maintain your cover for 13 months consecutively.

Your six weeks free will apply to your account after 30 days of consecutive membership.

Your Prezzee Swap Gift Card will be emailed to you from Bupa after 13 months of consecutive membership on the email address provided on sign up. Allow 7 days for your voucher to be sent to your supplied email address, once you have met the eligibility criteria.

4.  Prezzee Swap Gift Card

Offer is subject to Prezzee Swap Gift Card Terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.prezzee.com.au/doc/terms-of-service/ The Prezzee Swap Gift Card allows the recipient to swap for up to 5 Retailer Gift Cards of their choice to the equal value of the Prezzee Swap Gift Card. The Prezzee Swap Gift Card is valid for 36 months from date of issue, so please make sure you exchange to a Gift Card of your choice before the end of the 36 month period. By swapping the Prezzee Swap Gift Card for a Retailer Gift Card, the user agrees to the gift card Terms and Conditions set by the Retailers.
